Your Company Profile

Depending on the booked package, there are different items/features included in your company profile, please check our Sales Prospectus for more detailed information.

After the booking, you will receive a link with your personal login data to get access to your individual administration page to upload your content.

Calender function for the meetings in your company profile

Visitors of the congress will be able to request and have a private online meeting with the Speakers / Experts using our tool. If needed we provide you with a zoom-room which is embedded in your company profile. If the calender function is booked and a participant selects a meeting slot, your employee will get an automated mailing with an .ics calender invite to add this slot to his personal calender in his outlook or other calender tool. We require accurate time slots or frames from you and the email adresses for respective person from your end responsible to be present in the zoom room and calender function.
Please find below an instruction on how delegates are able to book meetings:

Visitors of the congress will be able to request and have a private online meeting with the Speakers / Experts using our tool.

To do this, they have to go to the Company Profile page and click on the “Request meeting” button underneath the profile of the expert that they want to meet.

Once clicked on the button, a new window will open, in which they will be able to see and select the available slots and times.

When selected a slot they will be asked to fill out a form with their personal details so that the booking can be confirmed.

As soon as they have filled out the form and clicked on Confirm Booking, a confirmation eMail will be sent to the eMail adresse that has been previously provided.

 

All specs and graphic requirements listed below are managed by the company representatives themselves via the CMS m-anage.com. For this purpose, all company contact persons receive a personalized account via e-mail.

Select your affiliation from the official EASD topics to display it in your profile.

Basic information from the participant is inserted from the system (full name, email, city, country, profession) + free text message.

Number depending on the booked channels at EASD. One channel can contain several meetings per day.

Link to booked meeting channel (optional with slot booking tool) via Interplan or link to own company meeting tool.
