Switching to a virtual exhibition is without doubt a big chance. Nevertheless, we have set up a complete new platform with various possibilities to show your presence and interact with your customers.

Furthermore, the EASD is known already since many years for virtual sessions with a worldwide audience. Last year, during the course of the 5-day meeting, the EASD had over 15,000 people logged into the system to view livestreams. The webcasts were then viewed by an additional ~70,000 people after the meeting ended until today. In an average 12 month period, they have over 100,000 users viewing either livestreams or webcasts on the EASD platform. And this was before creating the new virtual platform!

For the first time, we can give the opportunity to the industry to attach to the virtual success this year, a year where most possibilities for presentations to your clients have been going down.

In addition, the EASD society is continuing to provide education and to support research – and can only operate with financial assistance in these difficult times. Therefore, any support, even lower than your original plan, will be highly appreciated.

We would be more than happy to introduce you to the ground-breaking platform, presenting the outstanding opportunities to present your company and interact with the delegates in an virtual environment. General questions regarding the virtual exhibition

In general the Virtual Meeting incl. the 3D Hyperfair exhibition is accessible 24/7. But the EASD is communicating opening hours from 09:00 – 17:00 CEST. During this time your booth staff should be available.

Yes, this is in general possible, depending on the booked package. For more detailed information about the available options, please have a look at our Sales Prospectus.

There are different possibilities e.g. to embed video conference tools in your company profile. For more detailed information about this option and other opportunities, please have a look at our Sales Prospectus.

The virtual EASD Annual Meeting will take place from 21-25 September 2020.

The industry content (excl. the virtual 3D exhibition) will be available on the platform until Friday, 23 October 2020 at midnight.

We will see afterwards how many you generated and then see out of that figure how much you need to pay in addition. Of course we will filter out together with you those that are irrelevant as e.g. coming from other exhibitors, EASD staff etc.

Each delegate that enters the Virtual Meeting has to accept the terms and conditions first and with that they confirm that they are HCPs. Whether or not this is true we cannot control.
