Please find all general information regarding the EASD Virtual Meeting 2020 on the offical EASD website.

No, all you will need is a device with a browser (e.g. Firefox, Chrome or Edge), speakers and internet connection to follow the virtual EASD Annual Meeting. For some features such as interactive discussion hubs it is also recommended to have a microphone and webcam available.

Every person attending the virtual meeting needs to have a personal account which can be ordered via online registration.

For bookings made via the official housing agency Mondial Congress & Events, please get in contact with them directly ( regarding the cancellation terms and deadlines.

We advise you to contact your airline directly. If you have travel insurance, you may also contact your provider for further information about the cancellation procedure.

The profiles are an opt-in option, the information required will be name, surname, country and e-mail address. All other information such as telephone number, institution address, etc. are not mandatory.

It is based on the selections and input of the delegates when creating their profiles and high-frequency tags in the system will be “fed” to the profiles. It is not possible to have any influence on this.

If you book a 3 D stand in the EASD / Hyperfair 3D world you can as stand administrator trigger your own tracking report that always takes the statisitics of the past 7 days. See an example of such a report here.

For the company profile and industry session in the Virtual Meeting you will receive a report after the congress including:

– duration of viewer on profile / session (if statistic report is booked)

– how many unique viewers on profile / session

– how many visits on the profile in total

– what has been clicked / downloaded how often on the profile

– clicks on webbanners etc.
