It is possible to link from your booth to your company profile, but not the other way around.

In general it should be possible to link from an external website to your company profile. But people are only able to see your company profile if they are registered and logged in for the Virtual Meeting.

As you are managing your company profile yourself via the m-anage.com backend you are able to upload content continously. Nevertheless we recommend to be ready prior to the start of the Virtual Meeting. Small changes will be visible right after refreshing the profile. Changes to image files should be made overnight due to the high computing power during the congress.

One clickable element refers to one product in the product section. For each product it is possible to insert a link and upload a PDF, mp3 and mp4 file.

Select your affiliation from the official EASD topics to display it in your profile. You can add tags to your whole profile and to products (only for Trending Product). Via a search function delegates can filter for specific topics in the Trending Product Section.

You can book lead retrieval for your company profile so that a pop-up window opens when opening your company profile. In this window, you can enter your terms and conditions manually in the backend system.

The lead retrieval window will only pop-up once. When entering the profile again the disclaimer will not pop-up again.

The Trending Product section is a cross-company section where your products are displayed beyond your company profile. In every package one Trending Product is included (you can select your Trending Product yourself in the m-anage.com backend). Additional Trendings can be booked as well. Please have a look on our Sales Prospectus (p. 35).

Yes, you can book a calender function so delegates are able to book specific time slots for personal meetings.

No, when booking the calender function we provide you with one zoom room to which the calender function is linked. We require accurate time slots or frames from you and the email adresses for respective person from your end responsible to be present in the zoom room and calender function.

If the calender function is booked and a participant selects a meeting slot, your employee will get an automated mailing with an .ics calender invite to add this slot to his personal calender in his outlook or other calender tool.

It is not possible to format the text in the company/product/meeting description.

But there is a little workaround to add at least supersxripts. Please follow the following steps to do so:
